Thank you for your dedicated service to your community and your department. May the Lord bless you and keep you. May they never forget your faithful service to your community and department and the brave HERO that you were. To Mrs. Lee and son, family, friends and co-workers, our heartfelt prayers and sympathies are with you. May God be with you all during this very sorrowful time. Words will never compensate the loss you have suffered. We pray that He now gives you all strength in your time of need. May you find peace in the thought, that we as friends in law enforcement, take this time to lift you up in prayer.

For your act of unselfish bravery and courage Officer Lee, we salute you. Blessed are the peacemakers.

I remember the day Kevin was born. His aunt Joanne was so excited - her first nephew!! As a young boy, Kevin wanted to be a police officer. I am priveleged to have seen him grow up to become a fine young man..His son should always remember his daddy is a Hero...Kevin, you died doing what you loved...there are no words to give comfort to your family..I hope that they take comfort in knowing what a fine man you were...rest in peace, and may God watch over your family.

My most heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and fellow officers of Officer Lee. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Mrs. Lee, I share your agony. I lost my husband in the line of duty 10 months ago, leaving me to raise a 6 year old daughter and 3 year old son. This is a very painful journey that none of us expected to take. I will pray for you and your little boy, that you will have the strength and courage to get through this. Your beloved Kevin is walking Heaven's streets of gold and is forever safe in the arms of the angels. He will be with you always, will guide and protect you as you continue on without him.

Thank you, Officer Lee, for your service and ultimate sacrifice. May God bless you and may you rest in peace, Blue Angel.

Words can not say enough but, we mourn another hero that has been taken from us. My deepest sympathy to the family, friends and co-workers. May the Lord give you strength and bless each of you during this time. Remember these few verses taken from the KJB. In I Samuel 20:3 it says, And David sware moreover, and said, Thy father certainly knoweth that I have found grace in thine eyes; and he saith, Let not Jonathan know this, lest he be grieved: but truly [as] the LORD liveth, and [as] thy soul liveth, [there is] but a step between me and death. And in Philippians 1:21 it says, For to me to live [is] Christ, and to die [is] gain.

To the family and friends of Officer Lee, Be proud of the service that Officer Lee gave to the citizens and city of New York. Even though he was too young to leave this life, he was probably always prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. His selfless act of service will never be forgotten.
