Why and When.......Thats all that comes to my mind....The word WHY...Why must these lost individuals continue to take our loved ones.....What makes a man and his way of thinking...and how and when do we alter it....HOW much more pain and suffering must we endure before it stops? Us as police officers is all we have left...That and our family....I really dont know what to say to the family of my brother Daniel.....Only think I can really say is I feel your pain....Just when I was begining to feel some what better from losing my brother in blue, Officer Stewart, some lose soul takes another.....sometimes I really wonder, how can so much evil be permitted to exist, but I guess GOD has a plan.....I wish I could say more to the family, but I am in discomfort...and I have to be real, this kind of pain I wish on no one.....I only pray that one day it will all change......We have lost to many already....We dont need to lose anymore....."Please GOD........Please intercede in some way....Please".GOD bless us all and keep us safe.

As I am greiving my own friend's death, Brazoria County Deputy Jason Oliff, another brother in "Blue" has fallen. Although I did not know Officer Enchautegui, he is still my brother in profession. I just wanted to say to Officer Enchautegui, thank you for your service and protection of New York city. Justice will be done to the suspects. You are a true hero and my prayers are with your family, friends, co-workers, and New York PD. Rest in peace now, we got it down here.

As I am about to embark on a cAreer I have wanted since i was about 9 years old I continue to read horrific stories of cops gunned down while performing the job we have trained for and put in long hours of dedication to protect the public,and yet ,the latest,what seems to be a ''good cop'',young ,and still new to the job fatally shot while trying to do the right thing,my heart goes out to the family and may you rest in peace Officer Enchautegui.
