How sad to lose such a fine officer. We are all brothers and sisters, a family of the badge, though we may wear different badges and uniforms and live in different places. We all feel the sense of loss.

My heart goes out to his family, friends, colleagues and all CPD officers and employees. The whole nation can thank this brave man for his dedication and service in protecting his fellow citizens.

He now walks a beat in Heaven with St. Michael. God Bless.

Be safe!

Sarge, It was great working with you on the midnight shift in the 11th dist. We all had some good times and great laughs while getting the job done. The watch had always wanted you back because of your leadership. Your last visit to the district meant the world to the watch. Last night at work we all shared some great stories of you in Poko's office. Well boss, it was an honor and a pleasure. All of us from "Fillmore" will meet again someday at Ira's on the Golden Gates.
Rest In Peace,
P.O. A. Cuomo # 5853 District 011

Do not stand at my grave and weep

I am not there, I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond goints on snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain
I am the gentle autumns rain
I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds circled in flight
I am the soft star that shines at night
I am the flowers that bloom by day
I am the fragrance of new mown hay
I am each blade of grass that grows
I am the rush of melting snow

Do not stand at my grave and cry
I am not there, I did not die.

Thank you Sgt. O'Reilly for you service and dedication, we are one less in the battle between good and evil, may God bless your family, friends and co-workers during this most difficult time.
