Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Police Officer Roy Gene Turner, Jr.

God Bless the family of Officer Turner. I am deeply saddened by the loss. May his baby grow up knowing what a heroic thing their father did....the family will be in my prayers.

It is extremely saddening to see the list of officers killed by gunfire growing more and more. To the family, friends, and fellow officers of Officer Turner, I am very sorry for your loss. God bless all of you. I will be praying for you.

It pains me alot when I see another officer on this website that has given the ultimate sacrifice for the welfare of the people. I think about the family and significant other and how much pain they must be going through. But when i see that the officer has a 6-week old child all my pain doubles. When i think about a young girl/boy being raised without a father because of some ignorant killer, my pain quickly turns to anger. This is not right. God bless you Officer Turner and thanks for the 5 years.

Officer Turner,
It is very sad to learn we have lost another of our finest. My heart and prayers go out to You and your family. May you walk with God as you watch over us. God bless.
