Officer Skelly,
On today, the 84th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of New Britain. It took another two years, but your murderer finally got the justice that they deserved.

Thank you for your service in the community that I grew up in years ago. Some do not understand what it takes to do this job, but you did and gave it all. Keep watch over the rest of us as we continue our work. Rest in peace.
