Your heroism and service is honored today, the 85th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

You are not forgotten, I was born and raised in Needles and my father(James E.Fuller) was a Sgt for the Needles Police Department until 1989. I commend you for an outstanding job for protecting the citizens of Needles. Rest in peace Brother.
