Visited Louisville for a conference, found memorial bench overlooking the river. Sat with other officers, watched the sun go down, and reflected on the good fight.

Thinking of you and all of your loved ones. They say the pain eases as time passes, I'm still waiting and it's been ten years. Continue to keep watch over all of your loved ones and protect them:

Missing you is a headache

I miss you so very much. I'm so grateful for my life with John and the kids and yet....I still miss you. I guess that is the way with grief, the hole that is left is never filled, the ache is never soothed. I'm so thankful for the hope I have in Christ....that I don't grieve as one who has no hope, but as one with assurance...I will see you and Tim and the boys again. Thanks again for teaching me so much, for having such patience ;) I love you my sweetheart....see you in heaven....

You have not been forgotten. The years may pass, but your memory lives on in the hearts of those that love you dearly. Continue to keep watch over all of your loved ones and close friends.

"Grief never ends, but it changes.
It's a Passage, not a place to stay.
Grief is not a sign of weakness,
Nor lack of faith ....
It is the price of love."

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 7th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

I pray for the solace of all those who love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are forever. Your family is in my heart's embrace today. Thanks to your family and friends for sharing their devotion to you through their reflections.

Rest In Peace.
