Reflections for Deputy Sheriff Drew Harrell

Drew Harrell was my Grandfather who passed way to soon. My Grandmother was left with 7 children. My Dad said it was very hard growing up without him. All the family worked hard and together to survive. I wish I could have met him. My Dad always said he was a Hero in his eyes. Our family will always be Proud of him. Thank you, Love Donna, Glenda, Gus, Mark.

Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.
GOD Bless

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 76th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

Brother Harrell,

May the road rise up to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
And the rains fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Respectfully,
You’re Brothers in Blue
