Reflections for Police Officer David Edward Marks

Dave,
I knew you well. We were partners, friends, and went snowmobiling just weeks before your death. I didn't attend your funeral because it was too much to bear then. I've come back thirty years later to say good-bye.

Each day I try to read the ODMP. Today I read your story. Any officer who dies in the line of duty will always be remembered for his sacrifice. You died a hero. Rest in peace Officer Marks.
