Our prayers and thoughts go out to the family and colleagues in this great time of need. I ask that we continue to think of all who are suffering from this terrible loss and lean into God for comfort and peace.
Thank You for your husband, your son, your brother and for his devotion to serve. Bless you for sharing him with us.
2Cor. 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,
2Cor. 1:4 who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

Officer Buckner, a police officer should be remembered not by how he died but by how he lived! A brave man has left to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you for your 6 1/2 years of commitment to law enforcement service, to your family, and to the Tucson Police Department. Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace Brother!
