Upon hearing of this fatal accident, like every one I know, our hearts and minds are saddened by this GREAT LOSS.

Our hearts go out to Dr. BIRNIE Family - Wife Tina and the Police World. We've Lost a Giant who operated with Organization. His Bomb Squad Training; Professional Conduct Division or (I A.); Narcotics Officer (Plain Clothes) - Both County and City Units.

The Calm Leader with a Gun Smoke Smile moved the Halls of the Entire Department. As a Interim Police Chief (I.P..C) 2008-2009; his inner/outer department presence was very NEAR. Colin should have been CHI Re F before ME to. Be HONEST. He Should Have Been Picked / Appointed by the City Mayor & City Council.

Our Captain BIRNIE even taught us how to shoot even though he graduated 1996 at the TOP of the Police Academy. He was built to Lead as an Honorable Discharged Gulf War Veteran. Although I did amazing things in the U.S. Navy; COLIN sometimes large and sometimes grim Cowboy Smile knew it was time to get them; or One of Ours

COLIN, YOU WERE THE REAL SHERIFF IN TOWN WITHIN OUR DEPARTMENT. WE GOT BY WITH JUST ENOUGH. YOU ORGANIZED PRESIDENTIAL HONORS AND DEPARTMENT STRUCTURE TO RECEIVE DIGNITARIES. HIS RECORD IS WAY TOO BIG. HE PLAYED BIG!!!!!!!!!!

I AND WE WILL MISS YOU COLIN! THE POLICE WORLD LOST AN ICON. AWE, IM SURE YOU SHOWED SOMEONE IN THE AGENCY HOW TO DO YOUR LARGE LOAD. Farewell SOLDIER!
