I didn't know this officer personally. This will lead many to question the sincerity of my condolences. But as a retired cop who has buried too many of my brothers and sisters in arms, I assure you my sentiments are genuine. But for the grace of God, I wasn't gunned down like Officer Wallace. May he Rest In Peace. May God give his son the strength to carry on.
