In a world gone berserk we MUST stop and give praise, honor and reward by acknowledgement of Brother Greg and the hundreds of thousands public safety professionals who place themselves in harm's way EACH AND EVERY DAY OF THEIR CAREERS. For Greg and FAR TOO MANY MORE the sacrifice they made was life changing, ever lasting and tragic in nature and for each and every brother and sister in blue we pray for their families, friends, loved ones and agencies....that they will come to some level of acceptance and understanding of what has transpired. To Greg, I give my undying gratitude and acknowledge the sacrifice you made to your community and to all of our lives. God, rest you and your soul, sir...in knowing that you saw wrong and tried to make it right, saw evil and tried to conquer it, saw the needy and tried to ease their plight. Everlasting honor and love to your memory, young man.

I have seen way too many of these fallen warriors in my 45+ years behind the Badge, and I am sure I will meet you along with many of the others on Heavens Shores. May God bless your family and friends as they come to grips with the future without your physical presence. May they always remember a man who lives on in the minds and memories of those who loved him... Truely never dies. Rest in paece my friend

I and others have walked in his footsteps. Most of us go home at night. Some are called upon to leave this world before others. While I don't pretend to understand, I believe that the Lord has said to all Law Enforcement Officers that: "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called the children of God".
I should be so lucky. Rest in Peace my brother.
