Thank you for your years of dedicated service Officer Kohlmeier and K9 Draco. Its always sad when good people pass away, but it is especially sad when a Brother in Law Enforcement dies in the line of duty. Law Enforcement is a special Brotherhood and we each know the risks, the danger and the dedication it takes to do the job. Only other members of the Brotherhood can understand the Bond that exists between each of us. Goodbye Officer Kohlmeier and K9 Draco and thank you again.
