'Officer Lawrence had served with the University of Southern California Department of Public Safety for six months. He and Ms. Quan had become engaged only days earlier'.

An honorable man engaged to a lovely woman from an honorable family. What were the odds that this could happen to them? Like getting struck by lightening?

They are together in a better place and the lunatic who killed them is in Hell. God bless Keith, Monica, and their families and friends. May the two of them rest in peace.

Sgt. Randy Keenan (Ret)
