Please let the family know that through the US Dept of Justice, anyone with a legitimate claim of disability which led to retirement and family members on behalf of an officer’s death must file within three years for benefits. If you had no knowledge, such a program existed you may file a written request for an extension or call 888-744-6513. According to the US Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance Program, in this case officer Mark Allen Taulbee family are entitled to $323,035.00 tax free and it does not reflect on any compensation, social security or pension, disability or otherwise.

This is mark allens first cousin carlene berryman i am bill and wilma berrymans daughter. clara was wilmas sister i remember when they lived in millersburg when we was kids you couldnt have ask for a better cousin than mark allen we all growed up an moved away may god be with your family
