The position of Law Enforcement officer is one that is complicated and at times difficult. There are also times when it is sooo rewarding. However, this is one of the times that is the hardest...the loss of a fellow officer...my condolences to his family, friends and colleagues. May God bring peace to your hearts and souls and guide through this most difficult time.

Our department lost a deputy responding to a phoney call of an officer in trouble. She did not hesitate and did her duty to the end. I am sure Javiar was cut of the same cloth and the entire comminity, the state and nation are less for his untimely passing.
