My thoughts & prayers go out to Deputy Pill's family. I want to thank Deputy Pill for her bravery. While I think her death could have been prevented (had the scumbag that shot her been in jail), she gave her life while protecting Brevard County citizens. Thank you again for your courage, Deputy Pill. May you rest in peace and I pray that your family has the strength they need to cope with your untimely passing.

Barb, may you continue your great deeds and duties in Heaven as you did here. It it time to let the rest of us pick up where you left off. Know we are all better Deputies and Officers for knowing you and the legacy you leave behind. Your sense of honor, integrity and duty will not be forgotten, as I know your sons will continue in the same fashion.
