Sometimes we tend to get used to our jobs and forget just how dangerous it can be. To bad it takes a tragedy like this to open our eyes! My heart and prayers go out to the entire Ester family. May God keep his hands on them during this time of need and each and everyone of us as well, And may we never for get the proud service Sgt. Ester gave to E.A.R.U and the ADC.

When I went to sleep last night, and woke up this morning, Bobbie was on my mind. I don't know if it's because this hits so close to home since we are related, if it's because her death is simply senseless, or the fact that soon I will be joining the ranks of local law enforcement as a female. Either way, my family was already realing from her brother-in-law's death 3 short months ago, now we got this news. Bobbie was a true sister, comedian, friend, aunt, neice, and cousin. Seeing you a few months ago, was great. It's bittersweet now, because who but God knew, it would be the last time.
