God Bless Officer Phillips, his family and friends. I pray that our heavenly Father may assuage the anguish of your bereavement, and leave you only the cherished memory of the loved and lost, and the solemn pride that must be yours to have laid so costly a sacrifice upon the altar of freedom. To family and friends:

'God didnt promise days without pain,
laughter without sorrow, sun without rain;
but He did promise strength for the day,
comfort for the tears and light for the way'.

Rest In Peace Officer Phillips.

We know not the day , nor the hour..May a host of Angels speed this fine young hero to GLORY !!! We can NEVER pay a LEO enough, thier worth can not be measured ! My beloved Greg's end of watch was 1988, and each time I hear of another fallen officer, the heartache springs anew !!
