Reflections for Correctional Officer Jayme Lee Biendl

Back on May 15, 1981 I was a State Correction Officer working in Greenhaven Correctional Facility in Dutchess County, NY when Correction Officer Donna Payant was brutally murdered also in the prison chapel. This is so incredibly eerie to see such a similar heinous crime occur again. Rest in peace Officer Biendl and God bless you and your fellow Officers.
