I remember when I was a teenager and Deputy Williams would patrol my neighborhood and make contact with the citizens. Years later when I moved across the county I remembered seeimg him on the road.

My heart hurts to hear about a fellow officer that was killed in the line of duty. Rest in Peace Brother, you will always be remembered for the impact you had on those you served. Thank you for your service.
