I am saddened to learn of Special Agent Daniel J. Kuhlmeier's death. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time.

My 29 yr old son was killed less than a year ago. I truly understand the grief you are going through and my heart goes out to the family, friends, and co-workers. You are in my thoughts and prayers. May God be near you and comfort you as you grieve and mourn the loss of your HERO.

On behalf of our entire family, I extend our sincerest condolences on the grievous loss you sustained when Special Agent Kuhlmeier was tragically killed in the line of duty on February 20, 2006. His valor, dedication, and patriotism will not be forgotten and we salute his courage. He is a true hero.

May you be supported and comforted by your military law enforcement family, and other police survivors who share this painful journey with you.
