Your heroism and service is honored today, the 4th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

DADDY just wanted to get on and tell you I love you and miss you so much! was at Baptis hospital yesterday with a friend her hubby had surgrey and when we got to go back and see him the nurses saw you on my leg and said wow he is a very goodlooking man who is that and I said my daddy and than I showed them the other tatt and they was oh I am sorry what happened and I told them! I wish they could of meet you in person instead of on my leg but one day they will get to meet you as we will all be back with you one day!!!!!!!!!! and that will be a great day when it comes! Daddy, was going to tell u that Raiden knows that this is pawpa on my leg! Bubba had him the other day and I went over there and he bent down and said pawpa and kissed you!!! I told you that I would make sure he knows who you are. he will be two the 20th and he reconizes you when he sees ur pictures! I just wish he would of got to meet you. but dont worry we are spoiling him just like we did bubba. I really think he is going to be worse than his daddy is!!! we love you daddy and miss you more and more each day.. DAD, ITS BEEN AWHILE SINCE I HAVE WROTE! BUT I HAVE BEEN BUSY WITH UR GRANDBRATS. SISSY IS PLAYING B-BALL AND IT HURTS EVER SATURDAY SETTING THERE WATCHING HER WITHOUT U THERE BESIDE ME! Hey George. I'm missing you terribly today. I watched a video that was posted by one of our dispatchers dedicated to the police...and of course it brought back so many sad memories. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think of you and miss you. Things have been really hard lately and I wish you were here to talk to. Thank you for guarding Cade when he had his accident. All I could think about was you when he came over that radio. Absolutely my worst nightmare. I am grateful that all my brothers and sisters have you in the passenger seat as a guardian angel. I have been thinking of your family and Montys family during this holiday season. I cant even begin to imagine how they must feel without you guys here. A couple of weeks ago my dispatcher called to notify me of a Deputy involved in an accident,Norman and I left for the hospital immediately, watching them bring Cade through the door brought back so may memories of the night we were there with you, that was a sad night for us all when we lost you. Cade is OK,thanks for watching out for these guys still down here protecting our streets!

Today we laid Sgt Monty Carmikle to rest, during his service I remembered the day of your funeral and how difficult that day was. Monty was a great man,father,husband and friend. (just like you) He died protecting and serving (just like you) my heart is aching at the loss of both of you, it has been hard! I pray for understanding and strength to be given to all of us who just cant understand why these things have to happen.You are missed!!!!!!

Good Morning Brother just thought I would take time to chime in on things It's another Election year and I am busy trying to get my choice elected. Kids are back in school and doing well hard to believe Josh only 1 more year after this year and he will be off to College he is starting to look at different Schools he is still considering something in law enforcement you were such a role model for him and he thinks about you alot he is loooking at computer forensics that is something that is important today with all the cyber crimes out their Denise is still working with Hospice she really puts heart into her job sometimes I think she would bring those clients home if able My self I am on the Board of directors for the little league here in Dade City this is my third year and really enjoying it the girls play softball and james played tee ball last season probably both of the younger boys will play this year. well I will close for now Just want you to know that we all miss you and hope things are going well.

HE FLIPPED OUT WHEN THE DOCTOR CAME IN THERE AND STARTED TO GET THINGS READY TO STITCH IT. HE WANTED LEE. SO WE CALLED HIM TO COME UP THERE AND WHEN HE GOT THERE ETTIE-MAN LET THE DOCTOR STITCH IT DIDNT SAY A WORD ABOUT IT JUST LAYED THERE. IT WAS ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE THINGS IT WOULD OF BEEN SO MUCH EASIER IF YOU WAS HERE STILL. WE MISS YOU SO MUCH!
