Your sacrifice and those of all our fallen heroes were selfless acts made defending and protecting the lives and liberties of others. In the century since your sacrifice, there has been a loss of community, kindness, and decency. Violent crimes across the country are sharply rising in view of an increasing lack of respect and support for those in Blue.

I stand here today because of you and the family you left behind. Because of you, I stand behind and support those in Blue.

I pray Humanity finds itself once again so the sacrifices by you and others do not become having been made in vain.
