Dear Tom,
I know you can hear me from up above so I just want to let you know how much you are truly loved and will be missed. It was an honor to be at your "send off" and what a spectacular one it was.......Everytime I hear the song"Calling All Angels" I think of you,my friend......he called you too soon.....I know you flew up to heaven because you earned your wings while you were serving us all on earth......Rest in Peace, Tom

Hey Thomas I know you can hear me up there in heaven. I just want to say that since our days together in the police academy (Class 69) It has really been a very somber mood for everyone that has ever had the pleasure of meeting you and getting to know you as I have. Our law enforcement family has truly lost one of the finest human beings to ever don a policeman's uniform. I miss you brother. May god bless your lovely wife and daughter and continue to keep them in his care. Rest in peace my brother. D/S Merrill Riou

We were on the way home from a trip when we saw your procession passing by on I-95. We were in awe at the number of motormen leading you on your final ride to heaven. We were deeply saddened when we saw a truck carrying your bike on a trailer and it was then that we realized a fellow motorman had passed.
May God be with your family at this time.

TOM WAS ON OF MY FTO'S WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE WEST PALM BEACH PD OVER TWO YEARS AGO. SIMPLY PUT, HE WAS ONE OF THE NICEST PEOPLE I EVER MET. IT WAS AN HONOR TO RIDE WITH HIM, AND SERVE FOR HIM IN THE HONOR GUARD IN HIS TIME OF NEED.
GOD BLESS YOU TOM. WE'LL MEET AGAIN SOMEDAY.

Tommy Boy,
It was just yesterday it seems as we were parked next to each other talking about life as we have seen it and experienced it. It is so tragic that life is cut short for someone who was so special to me in many ways. You and your family will always be in my prayers and I know you will watch over them as you will watch over us as we deal with everyone else's issues. It is not fair and I will never understand it, but I want you to always know that "2253" as you were known and as I was at one time with live with me forever-Brother. I miss you and we will park again one day, as MotorMen always did. God Bless You and your Family.
