Hi, I grew up on Swan CT in Paramus and always played at McEllen Park. We always knew it was named after an officer killed in the line of duty. As an adult with young kids now, I go back to that park and reflect on this officer. He gave his life in the line of duty and we are forever grateful. I would like to have his family and friends know that his memory lives on in that park, along with generations of kids growing up.
