Reflections for Patrolman Berry Joe McGuire
I had just started an EMT class in 1980, and Barry was my CPR partner. I also worked with his wife Donia, in the Emergency Room. You couldn't find a nicer person than Barry nor a more dedicated Nurse than Donia. I think of him every Christmas and wonder how she is doing. The APD lost a great Officer that day. Barry is still missed and it's been almost 22 years. Not a holiday goes by that I don't light a candle for Barry and think of the others that have fallen during this time.
