Dade County back in 1973 when you started out working for Metro-Dade Police, Officer Cook, was the new dawning of a civilization full of hopes, ambitions and dreams, inspirations to last for life. Except no one including your family and collective professional peers ever expected your career and life to end the way violence just ripped the hearts out of your family. One monster of an evil tyrant plotting and planning his awful strikes against a man of humble and notable humbleness. A good and blessed name, Officer Cook, taken from his wife and family so young with those scales of trust and truth now headed back to heaven for eternity and perfect sleep. No harm or hurt. What a great gentleman of conviction, character and commitments to excellence above and beyond the calls of duty and responsibility.
