Rest in peace, Brother. My condolences to your loving family, Sisters and Brothers of the NYPD. The blood is in the hands of those people who are in power to change laws that has made your job more difficult and unsafe for our citizens. Laws have to be change in order to prevent these tragedies from occurring.
