Rest in peace Deputy Warden Bachman. A lady of the finest humility, honesty and downright bravery. A young woman with more on your agenda. God needed your resourcefulness and efficiency in heaven wher eit can help lead others here in this fight over evil.

I was not a citizen of Arizona at this time, and I was unaware of Deputy Bachman's sacrifice. I am thankful for her service to the state. And I must also say, the inmates who died were an unfortunate loss as well. They wouldn't have been in fire service if they were not inmates in good standing.

On today, the 27th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of the state of Arizona. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
