Officer Tarentino, you will be missed, even by folks like myself who never met you. Your family, friends and co-workers will all be in our prayers as they deal with this horrible and senseless crime.

May God Bless you and all who will forever feel the void you have left, yet they will forever have you near and dear in their hearts and minds. Rest in Peace, Brother.

A speedy recovery, physically and psychologically to the Trooper who was hit while taking your murderer into custody. Your murderer has finally paid his true debt to society.

My deepest condolences to the Tarentino family. Lives will go on but there is always a hole in your heart because of your loss.

Twelve years will soon pass for our family and the loss is always there. I will always remember what my 5 year old grandson said to me when I told him his father was gone -
"But he only went to work" - meaning how could he die just doing his job.

BLUE LIVES MATTER!

God, filled with mercy, dwelling in the heavens' heights,
bring proper rest beneath the wings of your Lord,
amid the ranks of the holy and the pure,
illuminating like the brilliance of the skies the soul of Ronald Tarantino who went to his eternal place of rest.
May You who are the source of mercy shelter him beneath Your wings eternally,
and bind his soul among the living, that he may rest in peace. And let us say: Amen.
