For Deputy Sheriff Jacob Calvin:

The highways of the United States are collectively the most dangerous battlefield. Thousands die annually and many more are injured. The toll is more staggering than any war when configuring a total count. And, it continues. In law-enforcement the risk is ever-present and no amount of training or practice seems able to eradicate the our numbers. We regret that our brother Jacob would become the latest traffic-death statistic.
We pray for Jacob's family, friends, co-workers and all who care about him. May they be ready to reach-out to one another at this time.
We are proud to render Deputy Sheriff Jacob Calvin, a soldier-of-the-law, a final salute.
