Thinking of you and your family Brian. I am so sorry that you had to be taken from your family by such a coward. Another senseless murder that I can never forget. You are a hero to the public as well as to your family. I know you are missed so much and will never be forgotten. RIP Brian!

I only knew Bryan for a few months, but that was long enough to know that he was a good man, a good father, and a good officer. It was a privilege to be his friend.

John 5:28, 29 - "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I pray that everyone can find peace in knowing that we will see this officer as well as many others again in Paradise soon. Until then, please accept my condolences.

Brian, I never had the privilege of knowing, I am close friends with officers that you have served with. I have heard the details about that night, and my heart break for you and your family. Know that the thin blue line is a tight knit family and we all feel like we have lost a brother. The bible says greater love have no man than to lay down his life for his friends. You made the ultimate sacrifice, today I salute you for your service. You maybe be gone, but HERO'S live forever.

Brian:

I spent the morning talking with Rebekah after my night shift last night. The kids are starting to smile again. It's something most of us haven't seen since you left us.

I had the privilege of backing you up a few times, and I'm happy I actually got to meet you.

Keep watch over all of us.

God's speed brother.

I miss you so much. Remember the day the calf was born? I can hear you coming into the barn saying "Ah, yuck!" I'm so glad you got to live your dream. You were always protecting people even when you were a tall gawky teenager. I'll always remember your laugh, your quick smile and how we broke mom's table playing spoons.
