Jaime was a good friend and a great Officer who always had a smile on his face and something positive to say. I enjoyed working with him for several years, and will never forget the laughs we had especially during Hostage negotiation training and trips. The world has lost a truly genuine person, but heaven has gain a great soul. Rest in peace my friend until we meet again.

Jaime you are my brother Marine and Officer and I miss you terribly. My greatest regret is that I couldn't be there for you when you needed me the most. Everywhere I look I see you and can still hear your voice. You were a good friend and not much more can I say will bring justice to the quality of man you were.

Your faithful dedication, motivated spirit, contagious laughter and warm smile left an indelible mark on my heart and memory and I will never forget you my friend.

Heavenly Father I ask that you watch over Jaime's daughters and that your Holy Spirit may speed their wounded hearts. I ask this in Jesus's name, Amen.

Semper Fidelis and God Speed Jaime.

I did not know this man but I feel a deep sorrow for the loss of his life and the effects it has on his family & co-workers primarily. but also to all of us in the community who benefit every day from the dedication, care and moral example that our police department shows. I pray that peace will come into the hearts of all of those who will miss him most and that blessings come to those who exercised great discipline in not harming the shooter who has brought so much pain.
I am a proud citizen and supporter of APD, thank you Officer Pedron and all of the others who have given so much to us.
