Derek-

As I sit here tonight, reflecting on today's events, I Cannot wrap my mind around what happened. This is certainly not what I expected as we rode over there together. You are a HERO, one who ran to the sound of gunfire instead of away. You saved the rest of your team today. I will NEVER FORGET. We will carry on in your legacy my Brother. Rest Easy. 10-7, 10-42.
