Brother I never knew you, but you were one more than the thousands who come every day from their homes not knowing whether to return at end of turn to see our families. May have used a uniform and patch different from mine, some orders different from mine, but you have the same work as I do and you were doing with pride: to be police officer.

Brother, you've gone through hard times and know how is the criminal environment in the streets of our Puerto Rico. And we ask that you protect me, my state and local partners, and all our families. You're still a Puerto Rican cop, but up there your mission is to protect us all, with the help of Lord.

Thanks brother, and know that here in Puerto Rico, we will never forget you Noel. THANKS !!!!!
