Our thoughts and prayers go out to This Officer, as well as the Family, Friends, Department and Community.

This is a loss that will never be forgotten. Hours have turned into days, days turned into weeks, weeks into months and months into years but, the difference that these officers have made will last forever.

We lost Our Deputy Morris Taylor on September 14, 2002. When he joined Officer Bluhm and the other Angels in Blue.

God Bless Our Law Enforcement Officers and Those Who Love Them.

You are still remembered for your sacrifice. You died a hero. Rest in peace sir.

I was just 14 when Officer Bluhm lost his life. Up to that time, I had never been aware of what peace officers risk every day, but I remember clearly the feeling of loss I experienced, even though I had never met Officer Bluhm. Somehow, this incident stirred something within me, and began an interest in law enforcement. I bought a model of a Harley Davidson police motorcycle, and had the finished product on display in my room for a long time, in memory of Officer Bluhm. I pray for the best for any of his family and friends.

You were killed in the line of duty the day I was born, and now I am a police officer. I wish I could send a reflection to all of my brothers and sisters in blue who have given their life for the greater good of mankind. May you rest in peace. You are not forgotten.
