My heart goes out to the falmily of Randy. He worked as our security at Hurstbourne Lane Walmart in 1995. I remember how he would win a bunch of stuffed animals out of the claw machine to take down to home of the innocent. He had one of the biggest hearts of gold. He will definitely be missed, but his memory and kindness will live on forever.

Chief Wells

Your community and the law enforcement profession has lost a true professional. From your years of service with thr Jefferson County Sheriffs Office to taking xar of the people of Forest Hills you were always a true professional and someone that anyone you came into contact could look up to an trust. The world is a little less nicer and safer with your passing. May you rest in peace as you have truely earned it.

Chief Wells,
My son and I drove past you on the Snyder and I remember looking over at all the people that were whizzing past your squad car and the truck with the arrow board behind you thinking you were in a really bad spot, and just how dangerous your job that day really was. I can't believe just an hour later your life would come to an end. My thoughts are with your family and your friends. Thank you for your service.

I often times saw Randy when I worked as a courier for Republic Bank from 1986 to 1994. He was always silly and had something funny to say whenever I came into the banks to drop off the mail. My condolences to Randy's family.
