Chief Deputy Tommy Martin (T.K.) was a guest instructor for our CSI class in Little Rock Arkansas the first part of June 07, only a few days before he was shot. T.K. was not only the ultimate professional law enforcement officer, but also a true asset to law enforcement throughout the country. Through the large number of officers he taught not only in his home state but in other states such as Arkansas, he shared his experience and expertise to make us all better police officers. My personal thanks to his family and his department for allowing him to spend time with us. And now my prayers and thoughts are with his family and fellow officers and I will share the sorrow of such a tragic loss of this fine gentleman.
