Reflections for Deputy Sheriff Ryan Christopher Seguin

Ryan was truly one of the "good guys". Always to be counted on, always there, always a friend. When others said no, Ryan said yes.
As a trainee, he used every opportunity to make himself a better Deputy and make his father proud. Ryan embodied what everyone wished to be... a real American Lawman.
God bless Ryan, his family, and the Broward Sheriff's Office.

I have always had a fascination with BCSO. I have never met a deputy from there or even been in Broward County. But I have been to the Miami area and it is amazing. I'm sure you and your family in blue has a lot of fun down there. You will always be remembered for the good times. Thank you for your sacrifice. God Bless you and your family.

Rest in peace, brother. Though your time was short, your courage was not. Your service and the sacrifice you made will never be forgotten. Stand tall as you take your eternal post in Paradise alongside those warriors of justice who have been called Home before you. Keep watch over your father and your family of blue as they now forge ahead in your absence. Help them to find strength in your memory to guide them through the tough days ahead.

Another young officer has lost his life. I don't even know what to say. I didn't know you, but I am sure you were a hard and dedicated worker trying to protect the streets in your community. I lost one of my good friends a little over 2 years ago in the line of duty. He was also very young. I'm sure he was there to welcome you and show you the ropes in Heaven. Thank you for your hard work! You will never be forgotten. You are a hero!
