To Deputy Cannon's family. On April 23, 2005 I was involved in an incident that took my bestfriend from me, Ofc. Larry Lasater. Over the last couple of weeks I have been able to slowly begin to heal from this tragedy in my life and can only tell you that in time you will start to heal as well. Byron we met on one of the many occasions you worked at First Citizens Bank. I always looked forward to the days you were on the schedule. I didn't know you for long but you were such a nice person to be around. You will be missed by many.
