Nothing can replace your officer, your colleague, your friend, your loved one. I can only offer my heartfelt condolences and prayers. He had to have loved his job in order to do it. There are easier ways to make a paycheck.
"One thing I know: the only ones that will be truly happy are those who have sought and found a way to serve." Albert Schweitzer.
Deputy Craig Blann did not lose his life-he gave it in service to his community. I honor his memory, and his service, and I know he watches over you still.
Rest easy, Brother, you will never be forgotten. God speed.

My deepest sympathy to Deputy Blanns wife, children, family, friends and fellow officers. I know all are feeling an overwhelming amount of emotions and each of you at a different level.

There are no words to make any sense of losing a loved one in any circumstance. I do understand the emptiness and total void it may leave for some.

There are truly people who care and will be there for you.Let them help you with their strength until you regain yours.

And again sadly enough once again the wonderful people from COPS come in to support those of us who are left behind to face these tragic days.

Mrs.Blann I wish you the love and strength you need to get through the future days.I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

Craig will continue to watch over you and your children at a higher level. You will have your own "Blue Angel"
