It's me again. Thinking about you always. It was Weedies birthday yesterday. She would have been 24. I think about both of you all the time. Time just goes by so fast. Your grandson is doing good. My grandchildren are doing well too. Krystal is do any day now. I can't believe she is having another baby. Her name will be Kali Marie. Today Dennis's dad would have been 96. We shouldn't be selfish. He did leave 95 years.

I went out to the memorial and Saturday and put out flowers. I had been thinking about you all week. You lost your baby daughter in a car accident Thursday August 12, 1993. Weedies was 6 years old. It's hard to believe your baby would be 23 years old. I can't believe it's been 17 years just like I can't believe you have been gone 7 years. Time just goes by and takes us with it. Missing you always.

Hey sis. Dennis an I were sitting on the back patio having drinks and was just thinking the only thing that was missing was you and mom. We were waiting for the kids and grandkids to show up. I can't believe we are grandmothers. Dennis and I are going to Las Vegas the end of the month. I am getting excited. We went to Mexico the first week in May and I thought about you the whole time. You always told us life is to short enjoy yourself.

Hi Sheila its me your mom I had a great time with your sister,den-den,grandkids&great-grandkids.Had my first massage hope Sharon will take me again. Alexis is back in school again doing very well this time I hope she can stay focus maybe Duke-Duke and Tremaine gives her strenth.Sad news is Police Officer Huff was killed in Detroit& three other officer were shot. hey mommy i just left aunties house. Grandma came in today and everyone was here as usual. Tina came by today. It was so good to see her. We talked about you like always. We all miss u so very much. We have a new member to welcome to the family. In case you haven't heard Krystal is having another bundle of joy. Guess what? Duke Duke called grandma granny today and so did Bella. They remember her, isn't that amazing since they have not seen her in awhile. I know you were there today because i felt your presence as always. You are greatly missed and i wish you could see how big your grandson is. Tain tain asks me about you all the time. He wants to be a police officer even though he is only six. Thats so crazy. I have to keep him out of your cabinet because he wants to play with your whistle and your other police memorabilia. We will always miss and love you. You will never be forgotten.

Through his story and the reflections posted here, I think I can safely say I missed meeting a fine young lady and officer. My prayers go to her family and friends who miss her dearly. I had to speak with a witness to an accident at work today. His name was M. Drake. He is a Norfolk Deputy Sheriff. I immediately mentioned my identical twin sis was a Norfolk Officer and she was killed in the line of duty 01-16-2003. He knew your name. He said officer Sheila Herring. He states he came up to me at your memorial and gave me a hug. It's nice to know the people have not forgotten about you. I never will. It made my day.

Well it's our birthday 01-27-1963. The bad thing about my birthday is it was meant to celebrate with you. I can't believe I will be 47. You were taken from me right before we were going to celebrate our 40th. I always hope this day just goes as fast as it comes, Then I try to remember a HERO was born on this day and I am lucky enough to know someone that would actually give their own life for the someone else.
