Patrolman Mulvey, it’s wonderful to see that your descendants have visited this web site. Those of us who visit here often wonder what became of the families of the men and women who gave their lives in service to others in the distant past.

On this 75th anniversary of your passing, I wish to extend my sympathies and respect to your family. I know you were never truly far from them and continue to watch over them today.
