Officer Moody was a Hero to me. When I was a kid roaming around Moody Park I met Officer Moody. He was a caring man. He would often talk to all of the neighborhood kids. He made a big impact in my life. I'm now 63 years of age now and with out him in my childhood I am sure I would not be the man I am today.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 43es anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Laslater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.Rest In Peace

If your killer had not been released after a woefully inadequate release date of eleen years, he would not have been free to terrorize a nine-year-old boy.

Rest in peace, Brother! 11 years is a short time to pay for taking your life. At least you can rest knowing that you can look down from heaven and see the piece of garbage that took your life is rotting in hell. Compliments of one of your Brothers with a Badge.
