On this 62nd anniversary of your tragic death, I pray you are still resting at peace, Brother. God Bless.

I also pray that the officer who was responsible could forgive himself. It was, after all, a horrible accident.

Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.

Tom was a close friend and neighbor. We grew up together, played tennis and basketball. He was a good tennis player but I did beat him once.
He was in the Army in WW ii on board ships going to the Pacific with supplies and his unit provided antiaircraft protection. Apparently the Navy needed all their men on fleet ships and troop ships.
Tom was married and had a son and daughter , I have lost touch with them.
Tom was killed in a shooting accident at the practice shooting range in Beverly Hills.

Officer Millet, you were my dads close friend. When my parents had their first son, they named him Thomas after you. Now my brother has a son who is a police officer. I feel like you are his guardian angel. Thank you for all you did.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 59th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

Rest in peace my brother in blue. As a rangemaster I cannot fathom losing an officer to a tragic accident like yours. I will share your story with my officers to show that ANY accident at the range can be fatal. I hope that all rangemasters remember what happened to you, and teach their students better so this never happens again.
