We went to the same Police Academy Class 167. We worked together in the same precinct in "El Condado" with the "Tourist Zone Police" Unit. He was a brother to me and at the time of the accident I was with the Hartford Police Dept. in Connecticut. He was a true friend and a brother. He has been always missed but never forgotten. I love you my brother, RIP.

What a wonderful human being. There are no words to describe the great person he was. We worked together at the Puerto Rico Tourist Zone Police of San Juan. Descansa en paz amigo. El Senor esta contigo.

Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.

Eladio Rivera-Osorio, was my partner and friend in the Puerto Rico Tourist Zone Police of San Juan, I remember like now is the day of his death, serving the public beyond duty. I had the painful task of breaking the news to his wife and give belongings. But accompany them in their time of grief for the loss and accompany them to their final resting place. May he rest in peace my friend and brother Eladio Rivera-Osorio.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 22nd anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

I pray for the solace of all those that love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are forever.

Mom of fallen California Officer Larry Lasater, Pittsburg PD, eow 4/24/05

Eladio & I grew up together in Amelia, Guaynabo. I have many fond memories of him. I went away to college in 1978 in New York and then entered the Army. In 1990, I went home on military leave to visit my parents and managed to see Eladio. We talked and talked about our days growing up. We hugged and said our goodbyes. One week later after I flew back to Germany, I recieved a call from my mother (she was in tears) giving me the bad news. I also cried from the lost of my friend. We will see each other again some day. Rest in Peace.
