This was my grandfather. My understanding is that they did catch him and he got life in prison without parole. If there's any more info, I would like to know as much as possible. He died before I was born.

My name is Jill Fletcher. Walter McEwen is my grandfather, but my brothers and I don't really know much about him. He was killed before we were born and my mother never really talked a lot about his death. If there is anyone who would be willing to share some details about his life and what he was like and anything else that you might be willing to share, we would be very appreciative.
