Reflections for Police Officer Irma Fran Lozada

I am not a Police Officer, but my opinion is that this animal should never see the light of day. He should have received capital punishment
Maybe then people will think twice before killing a Police Officer

I am putting together my report on cop killers who are up for parole in May. There are only 2 as of right now and one is the Man who Killed Hero Irma Lozado. We here at Officer Down try to do our very best to honor and remember each of our fallen. My father among them. In No parole, My goal Is to always make sure that we fight for Justice for these heroes and their families, " Both blood and blue "

I remember that day, and I recall on the day of the funeral, her mother looking out a the sea of blue, all of the NYC Transit Police directly in front of the church, and watching her blow us a kiss and saying, "God bless you all". I still get misty eyed about that.
